Meet the Coach of Constantly Varied Nutrition

A few years ago, as a business owner with an active family, I always felt like I was never getting anything done. I struggled to eat well and hit my goals. When my health started to deteriorate fast, I was forced to do something about it. By shifting my habits, harnessing my stress, and taking control of my thoughts, I was able to turn my life around and achieve sustainable weight loss for good.

My journey has led me to where I am today. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Hormone and Mindset Specialist, I am committed to raising the bar for nutrition coaching, educating the community that food is not to be feared, and creating impact and empowerment in people’s lives to achieve their goals.

And I have walked in your shoes.


As a young adult, I was able to “out-train” a marginally decent standard American diet by dancing every day, taking aerobics and weight training classes throughout high school.

In college was when that plan (and habits) went south. I became mostly sedentary, which, combined with a diet of campus food and fast food, lent itself to a 20-pound weight gain over a 6-month time frame.

This was when I started “dieting.” (Sound familiar?)

For the next seven years, I struggled with my weight. I was losing it, gaining it back, losing more, and gaining that back too. I stopped looking at myself in the mirror because I didn’t like what I saw and the emotional roller coaster that accompanied all this made it even worse.

It was June 2006 when I finally looked at myself in the mirror again. Over the next 14 months, I lost 80 pounds. I thought my health journey was finished when I lost the weight, but it was honestly just the beginning. By hitting rock bottom in my health, I was able to see why some clients saw results and others didn’t.

My goal is for you to achieve more than weight loss. I want you to achieve balance first in your energy level, confidence, mindset, schedule, and relationships. Sustainable weight loss and health will follow, and I will be there with you every step of the way.
