Frequently Asked Questions
Is this right for me? What kind of clients do you work with?
You want to be able to show up better inside of work, home and play. You’ve dieted before and didn’t see lasting results and you’re ready to have a better relationship with food and your body. You are ready and willing to change behaviors in your life to have those things! You aren’t looking for a quick fix. You understand that lasting change does not happen overnight and the real value lies in slow incremental change – the kind that truly becomes a part of your life. You are able to be honest about your struggles and are open to receiving support, accountability, and feedback in order to achieve a new perspective and lasting success.

What can I expect from the De-Stress To Success call?
We will discuss your goals and what challenges you’ve been experiencing with you and we will share our thoughts on a proposed plan of action to help you move forward. This plan will entail the combination of sessions and resources that we both feel will best support you on the road to your goals. You should be prepared to make a commitment to the process.
How many sessions will I need and how often?
This will depend on you. Some individuals achieve their goals in a matter of a few months, however, for others, this is a long-term process. We have some clients that we’ve worked with for years because as their goals change we are able to continue customizing the program to fit their needs. For others with more specific tangible goals, the work might be 4 months. From our experience, the sweet spot for starting to see real traction is somewhere between the 3-5 month mark.
What is your philosophy?
We believe in each individual’s ability to optimize, heal and empower themselves toward the greatest version of themselves. Throughout our work together, we seek to understand your challenges and to help guide you back to the things that nurture and support your happiest, highest, and best self.
What will I need to do?
In order for this process to be most effective for you, you will need to take an active role. This means working on the things we talk about both during and between coaching sessions. Generally, the more of yourself you are willing to invest, the greater the return. This is your work, and we are here to support and guide you.
What kinds of programs do you offer?
Our programs incorporate a parallel approach that combines a whole food eating philosophy with habits-based lifestyle coaching. Have you thought or said “I know what to do… I just don’t do it!”? That’s the space we’ll dig into… the “why” and then the “how”. As far as format, we work with clients over the phone, virtually and have online video courses available for those who prefer to work on their own, at their own pace.
Will I receive a weekly meal plan?
How will we communicate?
Do you accept insurance?
We do not, but we do accept most HSA cards. We are not listed in-network for insurance, therefore all of our services are self-pay. We are happy to provide you with receipts that may be used to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, you do so with at least 24 hours notice. Payment will be expected in full for sessions cancelled without notice.
